Live Entertainment at the Bar
The restaurant is located on the 2nd floor of a shophouse at Holland Village, it is not very big. Basically, the interior design of whole restaurant is divided into 3 sections. A bar on one side, and some sofa on the other side, there are 2 or 3 tables in between.
We were told to wait at the bar, and we ended up sitting there. I enjoyed it pretty much as I can Keh Poh to see exactly what the chef were doing at the bar and I could take photos there. Also, it is definitely a good place to sit too if we like to “偷師” a bit.

Honestly, it is pretty time consuming to prepare 1 serving of the dessert. I think it takes an average of 10 minutes to prepare or turn around one serving. Most of the dessert have been prepared earlier. Majority of the time was spent on decoration and presentation on the plate.
