I was quite an eventful week for me last week as I was chasing to take photos of the fireworks and YOG 2010. I also went to one of my favourite Japanese Ramen restaurant at Parco Marina Bay.
The ramen shop is called Nantsuttei.
Their ramen is served in creamy pork bone soup. Frankly, their variety is pretty limited, there are only 6 types of ramens. However, their speciality is the floating black garlic oil on the surface of the soup base, making it irresistable.

I ordered Negi Ramen with a generous topping of fresh white shredded green onions and chopped thin green onions.
I decided to try some food photography with my 105mm len.The photo on top is the close up view of the green onions on top of the creamy black oily soup, with an egg at the background.
The next page show some photos that I took with different angle. I like to ask for a favour if you are reading here. Please leave me a comment to let me know which angle looks the best to bring out the taste of the food.
