Let’s Try Some Chinese Sausages
Chinese sausages, chinese ham, smoked meats or ducks are also some typical food people will buy and eat during Chinese New Year. You can find lots of such stalls at Chinatown too… The Chinese Sausage stall is also the stall that I took lots of photos. I just can’t help myself keep pressing the shuttle while I was looking at those Chinese sausages hanging.
It is just so colourful and there are so many different kinds of chinese sausages and chinese ham or smoked meat. Frankly, I also do not know what is the difference and maybe the stall owner can explain one by one to you. Too bad they do not have free sampling, the only way you can try is to buy all different kinds home.

Chinese Sausages and Smoked Ducks
Chinese sausages is one of my favourite. But I am not so fancy about the smoked duck though. Look at the following photos, there is one kind of chinese sausage that looks dark and black. Guess what meat is that?
Haha, it is actually made with Liver… it tastes not too bad, you should try it… ;-)
