Blue Fireworks @ Singapore Marina Bay
9 Aug 2010 is the 45th national day of Singapore. I heard that the fireworks would be spectacular this year because it would be lighted up simultaneously from both Marina waterfront and some skyscrapers in the city.
I brought my camera and tripod, headed down to the Marina waterfront to try my luck to take the photos of the fireworks. Here are some samples of the Fireworks photo that I took.

Singapore Istana
It is a long weekend here in Singapore as the country is celebrating its national day on 9 Aug 2010. I decided to join the crowd to visit the Singapore Istana (President’s House) on a lovely sunny sunday.
It is the first time I went to the Istana, the Istana building is not that big and it featured a colonial architecture. What I like is the big piece of green field inside the Istana. There are lots of kids and families scrolling on the green and flying kites there.
