I like food and I do enjoy cooking. I was walking in the supermarket and wondering what to cook for dinner. Even though I like to cook but a lazy guy like me hate dish washing. Up to a point that it can be quite annoying to see all the plates piling up in the sink.

So, I like to cook something like “One Pot Cook” (一锅熟）. Cooking everything in the same pot save me time in the preparation and also reduces the numbers of plates to use and to wash ;-)

Fried eggs has always been my choice, nutritious and delicious. I saw some fresh tomoto in the supermarket, that remind me of a dish that I ate somewhere, fried eggs with Tomoto. Then, I also bought some prawn and a water tofu as well.

I decided to throw all these ingredients into one pot and the result was a Fried Eggs with Tomato, Prawn & Tofu. I found it tasting not bad and you might want to give it a try if you are a lazy person like to have “One Pot Cook”.

Here’s how I did that:

1. Wash the prawn and put some pepper to marinate it. (Hehe, I do not need to deshell as I bought a frozen deshell prawn).

2. Cut the water tofu & tomotos into small cubes.

3. Stir and beat the eggs in a bowl. Add some water to it to make the eggs softer.

4. Heat up the wok, add in some cooking oil and some garlic.

5. Put prawns into the work, fried for a short while then followed by putting in the tofu and tomoto cubes in medium heat.

6. Keep stiring the ingredients you see the prawns are cooked.

7. Final step, add in the beaten eggs and let it simmer for a while. Stir it to even till the eggs are evenly cooked.

That’s it. Very simple and nutritional ;-) I think. Lazy people like me, you might want to try it out.
