Fried eggs has always been my choice, nutritious and delicious. I saw some fresh tomoto in the supermarket, that remind me of a dish that I ate somewhere, fried eggs with Tomoto. Then, I also bought some prawn and a water tofu as well.

I decided to throw all these ingredients into one pot and the result was a Fried Eggs with Tomato, Prawn & Tofu. I found it tasting not bad and you might want to give it a try if you are a lazy person like to have “One Pot Cook” (一锅熟）.
